Issues when creating a custom MEP Part

andrecarmo

Hi everybody,

I am need a customized MEP object, so I used this technique in AC24 PT:

https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/user-guide/128814/

But, for any reason this option is unavailable for me. All others MEP tools are working properly.

Anyone had the same problem?

I´m sorry if this was not the right place for this topic.

Thanks!

Best regards,

The Help system has a good search function.

Try saving as MEP object from the 3D window.

Seems it doesn't work from plan.

@andrecarmo Have you tried to find it through Design > MEP Engineering Tools. I don't have the version 24 installed on my computer, but try this pathway:

@Martin Jules all the functions work fine except that one. I already used the MEP modeler with no problems until I needed a especific part that I couldn't find anywhere. Anyway thanks for the reply.

@Barry Kelly you are absolutely right. I tried several times, all in 2D plane. The only problem here is that I need a pair of glasses 😅

Thank you!!
