I'm facing a strange issue in Archicad 28. In my Library Manager, I have a library loaded, and I can see specific objects like Window.gsm and Door.gsm in the library's folders. However, in the "Warnings" section of the Library Manager, these same objects are listed under "Missing Library Parts".
I've checked for duplicated library parts, but the "missing" objects don't appear in that list. It seems my project is looking for a specific reference to these files that it can't find, even though the files themselves are correctly loaded in the library.
When I try to use the "Find & Select" tool to replace these elements, it works, but it resets all my custom settings (dimensions, sills, etc.), which causes a lot of rework.
Is there a way to re-link or update the reference for these missing objects without losing all the original settings?

There was a library pack update.
You will need to install this.
It would seem that the file was worked on a machine that had the update.
You might have then opened it on a machine that does not have the update.
The doors and windows will then be missing - these are the only objects I think that are affected.

Can you post an image of your Library Manager?
Are you loading the 28 Monolith library (i.e. the old 27 library), or are you loading the 28 global library packs.
They are not compatible with each other.
If you have used objects from one and then load the other, they will be missing.

Hello, Barry, thanks for the answer.
I thought I had included an image in my initial post but apparently forgot.
As you can see, I'm only using objects from the global library pack, and the issue is happening only with doors and windows. All other objects are loaded correctly in the project.

Thank you, Barry.
You are right, someone else must have opened and saved the file without my knowledge.
Installing the pack, solved the issue.
