Library updates

Hi @Magdolna Marosvari ,

For the next library update, could we please have the following objects amended so that they can be used by people that do not use the default Graphisoft template and attributes.

Please refer to this archived technology preview post.

The example you showed is a bug, the parameter should not be hidden as it is used by the object.

It been around nine months since this post and there have been 2 library updates since.

Still this parking object is the same as it was and is therefore useless to anyone not using the default Graphisoft template and attributes.

Could you please add it to the list of objects to fix.

There are also some tree objects that have the same issue which I am sure I have mentioned in other post during Beta testing.

It should be an easy fix for these objects.

I can do it myself, but every time there is a library update, I have to do it again.

It seems the library updates are the entire library each time.

I thought the idea was we would get much more regular library pack updates?

There are 2 things that need to be done please.

1. un-hide the parameters and add them to the interface so users can alter their values.

2. alter the mapping definitions in the library packs to add those parameters and also add them to the Mapping Value Table, so they can be changed to suit any one's template.

So far, these are the only object I have had trouble with.

The new trees added with update 1 can be manipulated perfectly.

All of the other objects in the library packs I have been able to map to use my template's attributes.

That is editing the MVT manually of course, I am looking forward to that MVT tool.

Thanks,

Barry.

2 new trees in the 'vegetation' folder (the new 'texture' trees in the library update 1), also have the same problem.

No control of the background fill and can't be re-set in the mapping table.
