Orientation of a section/elevation viewpoint

Hi,
I'm somewhat new on this forum.
Is there a way to find out in a GDL-3D-script what the orientation of the section/eleveation is. I would like to make a 3d-text rotate itself so it is always readable in all my sections, whatever the orientation of that section is.

Hi Bert.
I think we share the same dream. I made a wish to GS some time ago about getting information of the view angle
When I had a look at the latest GDL mamual I found this request. However I did not get the information I was hoping to get. Maybe next version?
