I'm WORKING ON A PROJECT AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE A LOUVRE WINDOW OBJECT IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME WITH THAT I APPRECIATE A LOT

There is a Louvre-ish type of window in the AC Library - Under "Windows -> Wood-Plastic Windows -> Special Windows" there is window called Vent Window 11 which has a few tweakable parameters.

You could also use any window and add shutters to it, then close them.
