Phantom Door

I see a phantom door when I view my model in 3D. When I try to activate it, nothing happens. How do I get rid of this?

AC version, and a screenshot may get a response that helps Rusty.
As DM says a signature with details of OS and version of AC is really needed.

Sorry, I'm new to message boards. I think that it has been corrected...because I can't see the door in any 3D document or the Virtual Building Explorer.
