windows reveral problem

Hello

i am having problems with windows reveal. I set that insulation is 5 cm in the frame but nothing happens. Doors works fine. In section windows also works fine only in floor plan nothing happens.

Have you checked your "2D Detail Level" and "Show Reveal on Symbol" settings as in the attached image? The same window seems fine in AC13 at least.
