Archicad closes after entering the license key

The program simply closes automatically without any bug reports.
I checked for viruses, turned off the antivirus/firewall. Reinstalled.
Nothing helped

As far as I am aware, the 27 EDU license should run 26 and all older Archicad versions.

27 is a bit of a strange beast.

It looks like it disappears from the screen after you start it, but it does come back.

I think some have reported that the first time they run it, it can take 25 to 20 minutes to start up.

But after that is starts OK (I get a blank pause for about 30 seconds or so).

Maybe 26 just needs to be left for a while as well?

I'm guessing that you have an educational (EDU) license?  (No key is entered for other types of licenses.)

Please give your OS, machine, etc and version of Archicad and how long ago you  received the license key from Graphisoft.  If you are on a Mac, you have to give Archicad full disk access via the Mac Settings.

Thank you for your reply!
Yes, I have an EDU license, Windows 11 system, Archicad 26, which I just renewed recently, about a week ago, most likely I received a key for 27 Archicad while I worked in 26, which is no longer covered by the license.
Maybe I can somehow get the key for the older version?
