Has anyone had their license stop working?
I was working in a file when I got the message "license not found" and was forced to save and quit. I was still connected to our server and had internet access. I tried restarting the software but got the same message, also tried restarting the computer but no luck.
I do not have access to assign licenses to myself and our IT department is no help.
What can I do? I'm sitting at work and just twiddling my thumbs

I am assuming you are using a network license?
If so, you will probably find the server hosting that license is having trouble.
The service that controls the licenses may have stopped (the server itself may still be running).
That license service needs to be restarted.
Barry.

Would that affect all licenses or just one license? No one else in our office had any issues.

Just imagined a pop up window:
License not found
Choose:
1. Quit Archicad
2. Run in Demo Mode
3.Twiddle your thumbs.

If is is a multi-key network licence, then it would affect all.
What type of licence is it?
Is it a physical USB key on a server. or is it a software license you manage through the licence manager?
Barry.

I don't know what type of license it is, I believe it was a USB key on our server. No matter, we just upgraded to V28 so it's all cloud licensing now.
