In December, I acquired 7 licenses from your webshop. However, I am unable to locate the invoice, which is crucial for my accounting purposes. I have attempted to reach out to Graphisoft through the official website contact form but have not received any response. I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

apologies for the delayed response from Support, the question arrived through our marketing form and it took some time for it to reach the support team.
We are working on the case currently and will reply to you with further information as soon as possible.
It should be possible view invoices under Orders > View Details> Invoices

Provided link does not work - invoice is not there - see screenshot bellow.
I also somewhere found link to the invoices - but website is not functionall (as you can see on my second screenshot) - https://help.graphisoft.com/global-webshop/en/GlobalWebshop/GlobalWebshop/GlobalWebshop-1.htm thats why I reached for help you via this community.
