Acoustics

I am wondering if Graphisoft has any plans to develop basic acoustical simulation at some point... I am using the energy evaluation and happy with it... I seem to remember years ago Ecotect had an acoustic module...

I would highly doubt it, especially since this is the first time I can recall in 20 years that acoustics has been brought up on these forums. All appearances are that Graphisoft's focus is on core functionality and interoperability. So, I would assume that the thought would be to use IFC to communicate with a dedicated acoustic evaluation program.
