Is there a market for second-hand/ lapsed ArchiCAD licences, please?

AFAIK, you can sell your license, but need assistance from a reseller to properly transmit ownership and registration. I did try to sell my old license once.. Never happened, so it is somewhere in Limbo state.

It appears that it would cost AU$2,500 to be able to sell the licence to someone else. I'd imagine that to be the cost to pay for the transfer.
Big stamp duty at 25% of cost for a new licence, but still cheaper I guess.
