Archicad 17 - Display disappear in Floor Cut Plane

Problem 1:
It's so strange that the display in floor plan cut floor settings disappear. WHAT HAPPENED!

Problem 2:
More than that, in teamwork mode, I could not change the Cut Plane Height.

For the display image to get lost like that suggests problems with the ArchiCAD installation itself. I would try removing and reinstalling ArchiCAD.
