Auto Framing Walls

Alright, for class, our teacher wants us to frame the house we built. If you go to design>Design Extras>Roof/Trusses it automatically frames your roof. Is there a way to do that for your walls? If so how?

Wall accessories are associated to the wall (if used as intended and not just placed on their own).
So all you have to do is add a door or window to the wall as normal and the accessory will adjust automatically to suit.
