I attached an image of the problem in an elevation view.

Could you re-post the image again please as it doesn't seem to have attached properly.

I cannot see the image, but based on previous experience: try selecting individual frame members and adjusting their Frame Intersection Priority to change how they intersect.

Thanks David. That is what I need to do. I tried it before and it didn't work, but I went back and it did this time after more playing around with it.
I came across another problem though. Somehow I got it to work the first time, but now the problem came back. I came across the answer by accident, so I don't know what I did.
What I have is a curtain wall made by the Curtain Wall tool which is on a 90 degree angle. I want to remove the corner mullion so that I have no post at the corner of the 90 degree curtain wall bend. The problem with turning the frame to invisible is that the glass doesn't butt together. How do I get that glass to butt up to the other glass to form the correct detail for this curtain wall corner window?
I am not sure why my attachment didn't post... weird.

For the butt glazed corner:
1. Select the vertical Frame and change it to Butt-glazed.
2. Select the glass panels and change them to CW Corner Panel 20.
You will need to adjust the settings of the Frame and Panel to get the best result.
