Custom Panels ? Why not in INT version and only in US

I cannot understand why the object library packed in INT version does not have an option for customisable panels. The US version has every door or window with a custom panel availiable.

Does anyone know why?

US version and for that matter other country versions all ship with their own libraries. I asssume the libraries are made by Graphisoft US and therefore are only shipped with their version. Same thing happens with the Australian Version where our doors and windows are not nearly as good as the US versions.

Further to the above, I am led to believe that the UK at least is about to get a new library which will include the Custom Panel option.

In the mean time [which seems to be stretching out exponentially], our office is absolutely desperate to use a custom panel. I really cannot understand how anyone works solely with the provided options!

Would anyone be as good as to save out a .GSM for the D1 internal and entrance doors from the American library and post it here to use? I am assuming that there is no infringement issue or practical barrier to doing this...?!?
