Custom Picture in Picture object

I am trying to put a custom picture into the picture object in AC9. It keeps giving me an error saying unable to load. I've been using AC awhile, but not a whole lot of pictures. Can someone please help tell me how to get my picture into there. Thanks.

I think it is still the same for as it was in 9. You need to Load the Picture that you want into your Library Manager, should come in under the blue folder. You will need to remember the Name of the file. Then in the Picture Object where it asks for the Picture name type in the name only leaving out the suffix on the end, so no .jpeg.
