Drawing an existing building

I am trying to draw up an existing building and need some help. I need to recreate the original lintels and molded decoration on the facade.
I have no idea how to do that.
Could somebody please give me some adivce. I have attached two images that show what I need to achieve (the white lintels).

Just to clarify... there still are instances in which you would call up a specific view and viewing angle when saving Objects from the 3D window... just not with doors or windows anymore.

Don't feel bad John. I didn't know about the wallhole until GSUS sent a note to all the US dealers. It wasn't in any of the new features info
