Elevation Marker

Hey Everyone,
I'm new to Archicad and forums. Can someone help me with removing the yellow shaded section on the elevation marker in the floor plan view. Sorry if this questions seems a bit simple.

Thanks for the reply Doug
Unfortunately that isn't my problem. the problem is on the project map when you place the elevation i get a yellow glow in the direction the elevation is pointing. Hope this makes sense. It also shows it on the view map but not on the layout book.
