HELP!!!!!! cannot read plan file?

What the?......Is there some way I can recover this file?!?!? Why did apple/graphisoft do this to me?!?!? When I try to open it, (which worked fine last night, BTW) it tells me that it cannot read the plan file......!!!! WHAT!!!!!!
