One way is the following.
Make a complex profile wall the shape of the wall and
the part of the roof up to the roof break so that
the entire window will be in the wall.
Draw the wall in plan and insert an empty window
opening the width, height and header elevation
of the window you want in the wall.
Make another complex profile wall the shape
of the glass in cross section.
Insert this wall into the empty opening and
check positioning in the section/elevation window.
Go to the plan and bring the glass to the front
so you can see the cut edges.
If you want detail like frame and sash frame
things will be more complicated but accomplished
with the same method.

Will there be a transom at the joint between vertical and sloping glass?
If so do it as two separate elements with a profile to join them.
