It is actually not possible with a single line.
Feel free to make a wish for it in the 'Wishes' section of this forum.
I would either copy and paste that line to duplicate it and then adjust one end of each line to be as you want.
Or add a circle to the end of the arrowed line.
Either way you will have two separate elements to contend with (they can be grouped of course.
The good thing is if you duplicate the line and select both at the same time you can drag the nodes of both at the same time.
This doesn't work for a line and a circle.
