Toolbox doesn't stay dropped down

Any clues on how to get the toolbox to remain expanded. I have shown pic attached where I believe there is enough room for it to remain expanded.

According to the Help files (User Interface Reference > Dialog Boxes > Work Environment Dialog Box > Toolbox Customization Dialog Box):

• By clicking the pushpin icon, you define whether the selected toolbox group will remain permanently open (vertical pushpin), or open and close as space permits (horizontal pushpin).

David, are you talking about the small triangle at top left corner? If so yes it expands the toolbox and there is extra room at the base, but it reverts back to closed when opening AC again.
