Why does COPY take over 2min

This has happened before, but not for a long time... Now, in AC15, any simply COPY (does not matter how many objects)... takes 2 minutes or more to give me back the mouse...

Same problem here. Had the problem in AC14 before installing 15. Once I installed AC15 it was normal again, no problem with copy/paste, but it has recently begun acting like it did in AC14 again where it takes a very long time to copy. The PC just hangs for a bit until it finishes the copy command. I haven't been able to make heads or tails of it since I don't recall anything changing in either AC14 or AC15 when it began.

As I recall there was a workaround of setting the Save as... > Project Archive to not include linked textures (strange but it worked). Perhaps you can try that.

Go to "save as" and choose pla.
At the options deactivate the "Include all parts of Loaded Libraries"

Press OK and exit (do not Save)

or did just going thru these motions fix my .pln?

I don't think I can loose all my textures and still have a decent plan...

Then nothing.
The option is deactivated.

Try to copy and see if the problem persists.
I had the same problem and now everything works fine.

Ofcourse if you need to save a pla with the loaded libraries just activate it back.

I tried this and nothing.... Although, I will say, I went ahead and saved the PLA.... I'll try it with CANCELING and see what happens.

The cancel thing didn't make sense to me. So I just saved it as a PLA.. got rid of background picture and library too. Then opened PLA.

But who knows? Maybe its something else?
