The best and fastest way in my experience is to trace it yourself. There have been automatic tools for this but they generally take more time to clean up than is required to draw it up properly (not to mention that they aren't cheap). I find that the tracing also provides more opportunity to work out design issues and get the plans into your head than does the tedium of checking and cleaning up the computer's work.
