how to reomve part of ready fence ?

Hi i have problem with blocks i imported block from archibase.net block fence that i putted it in my project now i want to remove part of fence like on the image i used subtracton method (solid element operation) on part i want to remove but it remove all fence any solution for this problem and thanks

I'm not sure why the SEO doesn't work.

An alternative would be to trim the part as you want it with the marquee and save that from the 3D window as a library part.
