mirror and rotating an object on a different axis

Hi! I seem to be having difficulty mirroring and rotating an object on a different axis. Can anyone help?!

I believe you want to rotate the object about Z axis, if the object hasn't got a parameter in its properties to rotate, you can always use this free library part rotator.gsm

Take a look at OBJECTiVE. You can, for example, rotate objects in elevation just as you would in plan. A tool like this is essential if you are trying to rotate multiple objects about a common point. You can find an example here, and there are many more if you do a search.
