three way wall intersections

I know this has come up before back in version 8 and there was some talk about a bug fix. but I can't seen to get this to work in 9.

Three way wall intersections in section/elevation always give me an extra line in one direction or the other.

This means I need to detach the drawing and erase these lines. Over and over every time there is a revision.

On a totally different question does anyone know what the files with the .gpi extentions are that are created when you save a jpg ?

Even easier in 10 with multiple named pen sets to chose from.
