Model your project faster and more accurately with fully integrated Distance Guides in Archicad. The enchanements of the tool include the stretching or shrinking of walls and beams with their longitudinal distances and new reference points for distance guides in openings. When editing the perpendicular distance guides of walls and beams, the elements' position will be changed just like with any other tool. But when you edit the longitudinal distance of walls and beams, this will stretch or shrink the wall or beam, saving you multiple clicks and time. For openings, You can now choose the reference point of the distance guides, either the center point or the nominal size endpoints, based on your preference in the guides menu.
