Does anyone know of a good video tutorial (or downloadable print version) that addresses these issues. I have been using the v19 Help docs but do not find them well coordinated and keep ending up with strange results - i.e. "Date Issued" is always "Work in Progress" rather than the actual date of issue, the fields in the objects used for recording the issues seem to want to be bottom to to, right to left, and there does not appear to be a means of formatting the titles that works...
