font problem

hello.
I've downloaded archicad16 trial. and i use window7 korean version.
when i open archicad, the fonts in loading diagram displayed as '??????'

and in interface, when i name layers in korean it's O.K.

but degree sign is displayed as '?'

sorry for my bad english.
i uploaded two image files.

Anyone has solution?
