Photovoltaic production calculation wrong results

The PV tool is underproduced. The PV tool generates the wrong answer by far. I set a small PV plant of 1,8 KWp , but the output obtained is just 710 KWh annually, and really in the climate where it was making the simulation it should produce a2400 KWh approximately. This is wrong, Only when you design a building and do not produce power surpluses it appear that the tool gives close results to reality, when you set high day consumption, then if you are using the power in the same time, but now everywhere in the world you can charge batteries or you can sell the power exceedings to the grid power surpluses when there is a lot of irradiation and there is no power consumption. This must be solved because the photovoltaic tools are sending the wrong results
