BimCloud Classic For AC21 & AC22 Projects

Hi

Today I work in a French Architecture Agency
We work with AC22

We work allways with our Bimcloud classic into our agency
It deals with a BimCloud 2018 to recieve AC21 projects

I had and I want to collaborate by this way by AC22 project
Today I can't install a new BimCloud Classic to recieve AC22 cause BimCloud 2019 crash during the installation and I don't find any BimCloud 2018 into the Graphisoft Website

Hi everyone,

I contacted Christophe in a private message and had a remote session with him today.

We suspect that his mac is running on Parallels Desktop (https://www.parallels.com/eu/), which is not supporting technology behind BIMcloud Configurators, called Electron (https://electronjs.org/).

We recommend you to not use BIMcloud Basic or BIMcloud with Parallels Desktop due to certain incompatibility issues with technology used by our programs.

In case you experience something similar, please contact your local GRAPHISOFT represent for support.

I use another computer to share the BimCloud Server Screen
I d'ont know if it deals with a parallel desktop
