I've been having some problems with exporting layouts with 3D views.
I'm working with a one year old, 4Gb ram iMac: is this a RAM-related problem?
Thanks!
Enrico

It looks like you have saved the view with Open GL. Try rendering the view.

Enrico wrote:I've been seeing this too, although randomly. If I place a couple of OpenGL rendered views in a layout, both having the exactly the same properties (layer combo, model view, etc) but from two different vantage points, one will look just as it does in the 3D window and the other looks like a translucent shaded view (all the edges are visible, like a wireframe view). I've been seeing it in AC13, but the problem vanishes if I open it in AC14. It looks like a bug to me - can't find any way around it either.

I know this bug, it is fixed in AC14. Work around in AC13 is to set the contours of your 3D model to draft instead of best. Resave the view or use get current windows's settings.
