Dark HDRI

A like Cinerender.
There are two problems
01. Blue Layer
A the HDRI beckground, but. Too dark ecery picutore
I see on every surfaces a blue colour layer..........lika a layer..
02. The Shadows
And can I change the strange of shadows in HDRI ?

What are the HDRI sky settings? Especially the parameter of Global Illumination (GI)? The HDRI sky that you use is not it simply dark? Have you got the quality settings for shadows? In your image the images seem roughly calculated.
