Exporting form AC21 to SU

Anonymous
Not applicable
until version 19 of archicad when you exported to SU, the model came out with its textures and separated by faces, now, since version 20, the model does not come out with its correct textures and is grouped by groups of objects, which makes it very difficult for the work in SU and more if the model is very complex.
someone knows the reason for this change in archicad and how to solve it, other than save it to version 20 and from this to 19 with the loss of information that occurs.
I've tried exporting Collada, to Objects, but the problem remains.

Hello,

There were no changes between version 19 and 20 that would cause textures to be lost when exported to SketchUp format (I tried it really quick and it works just fine for me). If you experience this with one of your files, I suggest you to contact your local support for help, as this might be an issue with your project file.

Regarding grouping: separate elements are now grouped together after export, as in most cases it is much easier to handle like this. If you don't like this, you can just select everything in SketchUp after export, and explode them with a single click of a button.
