It is pretty easy to do using the arroway diffuse map (the one ending in d). Do you know how to edit AC materials? I could walk you through it but may be easier to look at the user manual or other tutorial.
FWIW, I've found some really nice tile textures at http://www.porcelanosa-usa.com/. I often end up speccing tile from them as well.
