"Its a trick!"

- theme tag from new book, following close on the success of "a picture is just a bunch of dots" from first book.

Do you think I should trademark "Fakiosity"?[formerly known as "Photodream."]

The GDL code used to generate light have nothing to do with the object looking like a light source. The appearance of the lamp is a separate issue. Make the discs of your downlite constant reflectance white and see what happens.

What, exactly, do you mean by "permanent reflectance?"

I meant "constant reflectance".
Still I could'nt find constant reflectance.....
Maybe it is because of English.....
I made downlite color to white, but it looks not real and very cold.
I did your yellow color.
The problem is ceiling. I put 6 general lite with 7% intensity, and with your yellow color.
It is still not 100% satisfied, but I must say, I had never such like good rendering.
It thanks to you.

I am sure, your book will help many Archi - Users.
In my opinion illustrator is special job with special skill.
But architects must know to use at least now LW from Archi CAD.
It will help very much to understand and to develope our concepts.
As architect you can make architects understandable.

It is fake, but also skill and little bit faked realistic image.

In my opinion (as architect not as illustrator) LW is quite enough for render work.
To buy Artlantis....first I want to learn further LW.

I'll try again. To find out such like thing is difficult for normal human being or ordinary people
Don't forget this for your book:

That entire menu holds cryptic words that describe important surface reflection behavior. But who could have guessed that years ago Henry Miller wrote about one of them in his potboiler novel the Anisotropic of Capricorn.
