Quicktime VR Authoring discontinued??

Does anyone can tell me about this software, I have it on version1.0 can I upgrade for Mac osx, or its only on OS. ? I know that I can run on classic but I like more the OX. I feel more conmfortable.

and what is better Quicktime VR or get the Cubicconverter, CubicNavigator, CubicConnector, from http://www.clickheredesign.com.au/software/ do I need this new softwares if I allready have QTVR?
