Surface color

How do I change the surface color of this swimming pool to light brown, I am completely out of option. please help.

While the surface of the pool will mirror the shade of the blue sky, a great part of the daylight will infiltrate the water's surface and the red, yellow, orange, and green wavelengths of light will be retained giving the pool a blue tone.
