I have seen a setting for fog but not for snow.
Where is this snow setting?

Maybe we just don't have it in the hot Australian version.

Guillaume van der Maas:

It is just a foreground scrim, not part of the model. You could create material textures for snow covered roof and road, but they would be flat (not add thickness).

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

Ah I see.
Yes I have that setting too.

It is simply just "noise" across your image that looks a bit like falling snow.

I can't think of any way to add snow to your model other than actually modelling it (that would be quite difficult and tedious) or creating materials that will give a snow effect (i.e. a snowy JPG image added to a material) - but that wouldn't look very good either.

You best bet would probably be to Photshop the snow into the render after it is done maybe.

As I have never even seen snow where I live there is not much call for me to experiment in that direction.
So I will leave it up to others here to better advise you.
