sketch rendering

hi there
I face a problem in my sketch rendering,I am using Archicad 12 educational version,but when I want to have a sketch render the result is a white sheet with nothing drawn,what is the problem? what should I do now?

Would you PLEASE read the responses you are getting and follow them?!!

I asked you if you had choices other than 'Custom' ... and your screenshot still shows Custom....

Do you get any choices in the "Sketch Style" pulldown list?
