Attribute Palette Exclude Associated

Hi all,

This wish is for the associated checkbox in the Attribute Manager to be introduced to the Attribute Palette.

I have been using the doing a fair bit of attribute management for a new project in Teamwork and the more I use the Palette the more I hate it. In this case, when importing Composites you need to ensure that you can reserve all related attributes else you need to manually remove all of the related attributes, which do not sort by type, to prevent a duplicate being appended into your file. The Manager on the otherhand prevents your from Importing by Index if you have not reserved all related attributes if set to do so.
