Circle with tan tan radius

Expand the Circle tool to allow creation of circles with 2 tangents and a radius. Useful especially when drawing roads & crossings.

In the screenshot below I can olny fillet the point to the nearest vertex, which ultimately I don't care about. I need to draw an arc that's touching the straight line, the other arc and has a radius of 100.

Not having to constantly offset lines then drawing a cicle from the intersection!
