Fit to Skin & Fill Scaling

Hi all,

This wish is for the Fit to Skin option for Building Materials to respect the scaling factor of the selected fill.

Currently, AC will scale based off the ratio of Pattern Unit Size and the Composite layer thickness, ignoring the scaling factor, meaning that if you modify the Fill Scale, the Fit to Skin option will no longer actually fit.
