Include empty folders when download from bimcloud.

I got a request from a client that it would be good if there was an option to include empty folders when downloading files from bimcloud. Some clients have pre-defined structure to their projects, and when they now want to transfer their projects to a new server, they have to once again create all folders that are empty.
