Pause Auto Update for all layouts

We need a simple button that deactivates auto update of views on all layouts.

When working on many layouts right before a deadline, auto update of views is a complete time thief.

Having everything on manual update is nice, but I think many would prefer to have things on auto update and then be able to enable / disable it "globally".

An improvement to the current system would be to give the following (easily found) options:
- enable / disable auto-update (toggle)

- disable auto-updating for all drawings

- enable auto-updating for all drawings

The latter two can be done by going to the drawing manager, selecting drawings that have the "wrong" setting, right-clicking, going to drawing settings and changing the setting.

Like it is with many other parts of UI, sometimes selecting multiple objects and trying to change a setting for all of them does not apply to all of them. But that's not the issue we're discussing here.
