AI Visualizer - Startup AI Engine fails

Hello!

Here comes another topic on AI Visualizer. I've searched up and down in "community", but I can't find a similar problem.

I have apparently managed to install the AI ​​correctly. But when I press "Start AI Engine" the prompt window flashes for a second, then disappears. Nothing more happens. When I press "generate" I get the message "sorry, we could not generate the picture. The AI ​​server is not available...". Anyone else run into this problem? For information, I run Intel core i9-13900HX 13th. generation, 64GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 GPU.

Please contact your local support with a video about the error and the content of the Command Prompt window after starting the engine. We will investigate your issue.
