Can't get AI Visualizer to work. Arch28. Mac Intel

I was under the impression that AI Visualizer was a part of Arch 28.  When I run the visualizer it says I need a could license.  I have a cloud license, Arch 28 USA Solo (intel-based Mac) version.  Anyone know why it won't work?  Thank you

You need to have an Archicad collaborate license for the AI visualiser.
