Creating a stair using C++ Code add-on

Hi Team,
I was trying to create a basic stair using C++ add-on code without any user input. I referred the dev-kit example Element Test to create the stair, but this add-on needs an input from user to create the stair. 

Is there a sample code to create the stair?
